Where does PawHappy ship?
We currently serve customers in Canada and the United States. Shipping availability and the final delivery estimate are shown at checkout.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, or remote destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once tracking becomes available, we will email you a tracking number or link. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to display its first update after dispatch.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Items may be fulfilled from different logistics facilities and can arrive in separate packages. If this happens, each package may have its own tracking information. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
What if my shipping address is incorrect?
Contact us immediately. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Once an order has shipped, we may be unable to redirect it or recover it from the carrier.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find the package?
Check around your property, ask household members or neighbours, and contact the carrier using the tracking number. If the package is still missing, contact us promptly so we can help investigate. Carrier investigations and delivery scans may be required before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must generally be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please review our Refund Policy and contact us before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Are PawHappy products suitable for every pet?
Pets differ in size, behaviour, health, and chewing strength. Review the product description and dimensions before ordering, supervise your pet during use, inspect products regularly, and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged. Our products are not veterinary devices and are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.
How do I choose the right product?
Check the dimensions and product details on the product page. For the Slow Feeder Dog Bowl, consider your dog’s size and feeding needs. For the Portable Dog Water Bottle, confirm the listed capacity suits your outings. For the Pet Hair Remover, test gently on a small, inconspicuous area before wider use.
How should I clean the products?
Follow the care instructions shown on the product page or packaging. Unless specifically stated otherwise, use mild soap, water, and a soft cloth; allow the item to dry fully before storage or reuse. Do not expose products to extreme heat unless the product instructions explicitly allow it.
Will colours or appearance match the photos exactly?
We aim to represent products accurately. Minor differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing batches, or product updates that do not materially affect function.
